Weight loss
Although this isn't a hobby, I just have to record my good work. I halfway followed the Sugar Busters diet and lost 5 pounds in one month. By "halfway" I cut out all the good dessert stuff - candy, cookies, pie, cake, pastries, etc. I ate a baked potato and even mashed potatos or rice a little. Not enough to prevent weight loss. I now weigh only 9 lbs more than my ds. If I lose more maybe ds will be encouraged (or out of a sense of competition) to lose weight. I'll weigh in again at the end of the month.

Genealogy
Possibly found more about the Kistler line. I have to compare the notes I have later. Going back to the 17th Century, but I'm not absolutely sure that the Kistlers I found on the web are actually related.

Still haven't gone through the information I copied from a book at the state library. I'm also using the Hoosier Heritage website and finding cemetery information that may be useful.

Yarn Acquisition
My favorite thing to do in the world. Surrounded by lots of yarn. YA-ing for retirement. Visited Michael's Craft Store today and spent a little on yarn ONLY!
